Return Policy

Goods sold are not returnable/ refundable. Please see below for the exchange policy.

     Exchange Policy

  • Exchange instructions stated here are applicable for online purchases only. Exchanges for merchandise bought at our retail outlet(s) are subjected to the outlet(s)’ exchange policy. 
  • To exchange, please ensure that the items to be exchanged are in their original packaging with tags still attached. They must also be unworn and unwashed. We reserve the right to reject return of goods that do not meet our exchange policy requirements.
  • For Singapore orders, items have to be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt of items purchased to: Orchard P.O. Box 263 Singapore 912309.
  • For international orders, items have to be returned to us within 30 days from the date of invoice. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) if you wish to exchange.
  • Discounted/ promotional items are not exchangeable. 
  • The chosen item for exchange should be of equal or higher value than the item to be returned. For items of a lower value than the returned merchandise, the excess amount will be forfeited. Customers have to pay for the difference in value for exchanged items of a higher value than the returned merchandise. 
  • The customer has to pay for delivery charges of exchange items.
  • Original shipping, delivery and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • To exchange, e-mail Order Enquiries here, quoting your invoice number, description of item to be returned and reasons for returning. 

Pack the item to be returned and include the following in the package: 

  •  
    • The items to be exchanged; and
    • The original invoice.
  • We will not be responsible for any lost, misdirected or damaged items enroute to our address. As such, it is advisable to send us your package via a delivery or shipping method that has tracking capability. 
  • At Emma, we make sure that you are pampered with top quality clothing and first class customer service. If you notice that your item is defective or we have made a mistake with your order, please email Order Enquiries here and quote your order number, product code and brief details of the mistake. We will try our best to sort them out as smoothly as possible. 
  • For Singapore orders, please contact us within 3 days from the date of receipt of item purchased. For international orders, please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • If you are exchanging the items because you have changed your mind, the postage to return the item and the delivery charge to send the exchanged item back to you will be at your own cost. However, if the item we sent is wrong or defective, just email Order Enquiries here. We will refund your postage to you and send the exchanged item back to you free of charge.
  • We will send you an email once we have received your item. In the email, we will state the date of delivery of your exchange or replacement. If you do not hear from us within 7 days for Singapore orders or within 30 days for international orders, please email Order Enquiries here.
