Shipping / Delivery

Singapore orders

  • All packages will be delivered via Singpost Standard or Registered Mail.
  • All registered packages need to be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick up or re-delivery.  It is the customer's responsibility to follow through with the instructions to retrieve the package.
  • We will not be liable for any lost packages, and will not offer any compensation should your package be lost in transit. We will however offer as much assistance as possible in providing information for tracking purposes.
  • Once your order has been shipped out, an email will be sent to notify you of your shipment details as the package registration number. With the registration number, you may track the delivery status of your package via the the Singpost website. Please check your spam folder if you have not received the email.

Wrong address

  • We will not be responsible for any lost articles arising from wrong addresses provided.
  • In the event that the article is returned to us, we will make every effort to contact you and resend the package. However, the postage fees will have to be paid by you.

Delivery Schedule

  • All orders take 1-2 Business Days to be processed and packed for shipping.
  • For Singapore Shoppers, you will receive your items in just 2 - 3 Business Days. There will not be any delivery on Weekends and Public holidays.
  • Timeframe for International deliveries will vary from 8-18 days. Please contact us if you do not receive your packages within 21 days.

        -    International orders will be sent by registered airmail.

  • Shipping costs are determined according to order weight after any promotional deductions and the country zone. They will be automatically calculated and reflected upon checkout.
  • Products delivered internationally (outside of Singapore) may be subject to additional import taxes, duties and customs fees charged by the recipient’s country. These additional costs are not covered under the shipping fee calculated and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact the customs office in your destination country for more information.
  • On occasions when international shipping charges need to be adjusted, we will send you an e-mail advising you on the new charges. Upon your confirmation, we will send you another e-mail with a link to pay via credit card. Once payment has been charged, your order will be shipped to you.
  • Please note that once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company or post office, the risk of loss and title of purchase passes to you. We will not be liable for shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
